Chinese Company Will Create 1000 Jobs in Mexico
The Chinese technology
company Lenovo announced the creation of 1000 Jobs in Mexico this year, with
the opening of its manufacturing facility in Nuevo Leon on the 18th of February.
Snatiago Concha, director of legal and government relation in Latin America
for Levono, mentioned that this will also generate 1000 other indirect jobs.
The company invested 40 million dollars in the construction and opening of
this plant, which is expected to be one of the strategic manufacturing centers
for the firm, specialized in the technology sector.
Lenovo Group has approximately 24 thousand employees around the world, the
manufacturing center in Mexico joins the centers located in Beijing, Shangai,
Huiyangi in China, among other plants in India and Poland.
