ATTENTION TO MEMBERS.- This area is attended by Carmen Arellano (mail:
carmenarellano@ammac-bc.org.mx) helped by Guadalupe Ulloa whom coordinates
the meetings of General Managers with Government Officials and the
community in general. (Monthly meetings, Quarterly meetings, Talks,
etc.) it also keeps our members informed through faxes and monthly
circulars where the changes of new Statutory Provisions, Agency advances,
Migration, etc. are explained.
ATENCIÓN A SOCIOS.- Esta área es atendida por Carmen
Arellano, (correo electrónico carmenarellano@ammac-bc.org.mx)
auxiliada por Guadalupe Ulloa quien coordina las reuniones de Gerentes
con Funcionarios de Gobierno y Comunidad en General. (Juntas Mensuales,
Trimestrales, Pláticas, etc.). además mantiene al día
a nuestros Socios a través de Faxes y Circulares Mensuales
donde se explican las nuevas disposiciones Legales, avances de gestorías,
Migración, etc.

Ordinary Annual Quota: This quota is covered in the first three months
of the calendar year and is applied to pay for the services that we give
to our associates. Of the total of their annual quota, $450.00 dollars
are applied for their membership to the National Maquiladora Industry
Council (CNIME).
Extraordinary Quotas: Referred to any extraordinary activity that is
realized by this Association aside from the ordinary service. Such as,
breakfasts, lunches or work dinners, including expenses originated by
the instructor's transportation and fee, rent of the place and installations,
etc.
Also direct services like major and minor Medical Expenses Insurance,
where AMMAC is a contracting party and we give the free service of bills
and charges administration.
Because our statutes only allow us to receive ordinary and/or extraordinary
contributions from our members, our concept of bill turning is in this
sense.
CUOTA ANUAL ORDINARIA: Esta cuota se cubre dentro de los primeros tres meses
del año calendario y se aplica al pago de los servicios ordinarios
que otorgamos a nuestros asociados. Del total de su cuota anual $ 450.00
dlls. son para pertenecer al Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora
(CNIME)
CUOTAS EXTRAORDINARIAS: Se refiere a cualquier actividad extraordinaria
que fuera del servicio ordinario se realice por esta asociación.
Esto es, desayunos, comidas o cenas de trabajo, incluyendo los gastos
que se originen de honorarios del instructor y/o transporte, renta del
local e instalaciones, etc.
Así mismo servicios directos como Seguros de Gastos Médicos
mayores y menores, donde la AMMAC es contratante y damos el servicio gratuito
de administración de facturas y cobros.
Debido a que nuestros estatutos solamente nos permiten recibir de nuestros
socios aportaciones ordinarias y/o extraordinarias, nuestro concepto de
facturación son en este sentido.
